There is a software called “Ext2IFS_1_10c.exe” ,The Ext2 Installable File System software has been designed and implemented by Stephan Schreiber, just run on windows and you can access your Linux Partition. Get it from http://www.fs-driver.org/extendeddl.html and ya you can use it for Ext3 also.
