There are lots of softwares for doing the same, no idea which is the best, I have been using "Linux Reader" from DiskInternals. It doesnt allow us to read or open directly the target file. Instead you have to Save it on your Windows partition and then access it. Below is the download link. http://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/ Well!
